Visiting the IKEA store is no longer a "fun day out" or a "magical" shopping experience based on customer feedback.
How do we transform the existing IKEA store into new, immersive experience centers for life at home? One store retail concept was developed and applied to two pilot sites with vastly different local market needs - Shanghai (Xuhui) and Malmö.
