Central Planning Hub (CPH) is in a unique position being a 'business within a business' as a center of expertise selling planning services to fellow Ingka franchisees. 

The communication plan and strategy serves as a roadmap for effective communication, including:

Content pillars

Content pillars provide a strategic framework for creating, organizing, and distributing focused content on social media - for CPH we use the various intranet channels available.

How do we manage content?

To get an overview of all existing documentation and content created by CPH, I utilized Microsoft Lists to create an interactive content database.

The user interface when logging information is intuitive and simple. When creating new communication updates the 'view settings' make it quick and easy to filter.

For example - do you want to see content filtered by file format, content pillar, content category, author, or intended stakeholders? There's a view for that!

With a structured communication strategy, content plan, and high ambitions to improve communication both internally and externally in FY23 and FY24, re-designing the visual identity and page layout of the intranet CPH landing page will support the communication launch.
