global expansion: establishment

Establishment Specialists are part of the Planning Project Management team within the Central Planning Hub, sitting in Group Expansion. This role provides retail establishment support to markets for the core process Fitout and Build-Up with implementation planning. 

Working as a speaker partner with the country project team, focus areas of support include:

• Fitout and carpentry tendering for external service providers

• Implementation timeline standards 

• Phase planning

• Resource planning for implementation

• Ongoing support during preparation, retail fitout, and commercial build up

• Follow up after unit opening

• Utilizing learnings from Implementation Follow-Up in e-learning package

Continuous improvement and development is at the heart of everything I do, including the drive to leverage digitization and automation whenever possible. In FY23-24 the Establishment Specialist role drove global guidelines, processes, creation and maintenance of tools and templates all with low cost in mind.

• Spearheaded CPH communication strategy 2023 - 2024

• MyLearning content creation and focus group testing

• Roombook initiative in partnership with LCE & Group Real Estate

• Revised Establishment Follow-Up form in partnership with Establishment leaders
