<description>a busy, public, mulit-use seating device
The bench is originally designed for use in a busy, public place - like a mall, park, or museum. The large scale and overall dimensions of the bench allow for interaction at a comfortable distance. The triangle pieces intersect at angles, and create different seat heights along the plane - from a comfortable couch height at one end to the height of a stool at the other.

is a bag designed specifically to increase confidence for all types of bikers, from novice to professional. Three straps keep the bag comfortably close to the body while in transit. A map of the biker’s metro area on the back of the bag helps if they get lost. The inner pockets have enough space for a laptop, school work, and other daily necessities. The bag is customizable, offering different choices of bright colors &#38; reflective text stating different laws about bikers ("Give Me 3' ", "Two in a lane is OK", etc.)

VIM specializes in no-frills, biking only bags. Unlike other popular bike-bag brands, VIM purposely offers less styles and choices of bag because at VIM they know that the curved triangle shape bag is the ONLY bag you'll need. The brand identity is full of young attitude and vibrant colors, matching the VIM biking bags. The brand logo mimics the curves found in the bag, making them both recognizable - even when rushing through traffic. The VIM website also features a community for the ‘members’ or dedicated patrons - where people can connect, share their bike stories, ideas, and network.
(One style of VIM bag is the Give Me 3' bag)

Welcome to the Future!
Associate is a product concept for a 'near-future' in which people are socially isolated due to their dependence on social networking sites. After being so overexposed to the internet and socially isolated, people's focus will shift back towards physical objects and personal interactions, but lack the appropriate social skills. Associate is a physical tool with a digital interface that assists face-to-face communication with new people.

an at-home steambending kit for a wooden spoon-fork
Create cutlery educates children &#38; adults about the importance of self-sufficiency, re-using, and re-newing. It utilizes simple, flat-pack design and eco-friendly materials - fast-growing birch for the spork and cotton rag remnants from a textile mill for the wrapper. The packaging is embedded with seeds for an indoor herb garden to spice up your life &#38; food.

<description>is a secure, 'waste-free'**, and age appropriate lunch box for working adults.
The TwistDish is made of BPA-free food grade polypropylene (dishwasher and microwave safe), and has a groove on top for stacking. The lid has a clear panel to view what food is inside. The colored band on the edge features an understated triangle design that also hides the security feature. The SecureBand rotates to show a triangle, much like a Tylenol bottle, allowing the consumer to rotate the band and change the 'lock' position of the lid. The TwistDish is a great compromise between a dish and a bowl, and holds up to 20oz of food.

**creating a "waste-free" solution = something of the right size and proportion that eliminates additional plastic bags or individual containers of food, that are expensive and add to landfills

IDSA meets with the purpose to learn more about professional design through design challenges, lectures, workshops, and meeting with other schools.

R2D2 = Really Radical Design Discussion
R2D2 is an activity that is part of IDSA at Georgia Tech, which gives students the opportunity to dine with local Atlanta professionals - fostering spontaneous design-related discussion &#38; questions in a relaxed environment

As a part of the executive board, we have retained a high return of membership and enacted new activities including a Mentorship Program, C3PO, and increased outreach to other schools in our district. I served as President from Feb 2009 - May 2010. I was personally responsible for invigorating R2D2, as well as a majority of the cheesy propaganda that supported it

<description>“Get Chucked” poster to advertise a new promotional item for Converse canvas shoes
It would be applied like wallpaper graffiti in neighborhoods in large cities.
