IDSA meets with the purpose to learn more about professional design through design challenges, lectures, workshops, and meeting with other schools.

R2D2 = Really Radical Design Discussion
R2D2 is an activity that is part of IDSA at Georgia Tech, which gives students the opportunity to dine with local Atlanta professionals - fostering spontaneous design-related discussion & questions in a relaxed environment

As a part of the executive board, we have retained a high return of membership and enacted new activities including a Mentorship Program, C3PO, and increased outreach to other schools in our district. I served as President from Feb 2009 - May 2010. I was personally responsible for invigorating R2D2, as well as a majority of the cheesy propaganda that supported it
